Smoothie of the Month: Berry Blast

Can y’all believe August is already here? Stay cool & fueled for back to school with my smoothie of the month, the Berry Blast! Get the recipe below or stop by the Birdhouse Cafe and pick one up!

1 1/2 cup Blend of your choice of berries - I love açaí, blueberries, mango & pineapple

1/2 cup Organic Coconut milk 

2tsp chia 

1/2 scoop Vanilla vegan protein powder 

Sweeten with honey, maple syrup or stevia to your desired sweetness!

Blend all ingredients until smooth & enjoy!
